How do I make a return/exchange?
Consumers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving it. This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order, they should contact Hatstore in order to get an address to which they should send the goods. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. Hatstore does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
The return policy does not apply to products with customised design such as embroideries, flags, labels and text.

I have received a defective product and would like to claim the product. How do I do this?

State Claim and the order number in the subject line with a short description of what the defect is. Please provide a picture if possible.
Products provided are not discoloured upon delivery, discoloured products are not covered by the Return policy as it is considered as normal wear.
